Uomo Gelato, It’s Italian for “Ice Cream Man,” and our tribute to the "stop everything and run magic" we never outgrow. Raised in an Italian American kitchen in St. Louis, I grew up where heritage and home met. It was there, in my parents’ kitchen, that I learned that “authentic” isn’t just a recipe. It’s how Old-World traditions evolve through regional flavors. Uomo Gelato was born when I came together with two childhood friends to celebrate that intersection. We craft our gelato with the finest organic milk and cream, slow-cooked into rich, egg-free custards in the traditional Sicilian style, spun into unforgettable regional flavors guaranteed to take you back, no matter where you’re from.
